October 2, 2008 was the 139th Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi's Birthday... ...Gandhi Jayanti is a National Holiday throughout India to celebrate the life of a very revered man. I guess it is fitting that my "birthday" in India fell on his..........perhaps it is another "coincidence" that this adventure we have embarked on was destined to happen. As I was driving through Delhi, I came across a group of people preparing for a procession to honor Gandhi.
